Bulk Request Form

BULK ITEM REQUEST DETAILS:

• PLEASE ENTER COMPLETE STREET ADDRESS,EMAIL AND COMMUNITY(if that applies)  FOR PROMPT RESPONSE and fast turn around time complete information is required.

• There are two check boxes, one for "Im not a robot" and one that confirms you "have read these details."  Please select both to submit the form.

• Please check your junk mail for responses if this is your first time submitting a form.

• Please include a full description of what item needs disposed of size of mattress queen, king, twin or full, recliner chair, recliner couch etc.  Complete street address and community name, correct email and your contact information.

• We will respond to your submission 24/48 hours.  For non standard items, there may require a fee, the bulk team will email you back with details once confirmed, you can place the item out for pick up.  The bulk team may ask for pictures and will need to know specific details to be able to schedule accordingly.
